摘要
文章针对网络货运平台运营效率分化现象,对其影响因素应用决策实验室分析法-解释结构模型(DEMATEL-ISM)进行分析。选取运营效能、客户服务、财务效益、技术创新与绿色低碳5个维度,通过文献研究法与专家访谈法确定15项影响因素。结合案例应用DEMATEL-ISM模型进行分析,发现营业收入增长率既是影响度与中心度计算中的重要因素,也是递阶结构中的根源因素。针对综合分析结果,对网络货运平台的运营效率提升提出“技术赋能-机制优化-政策协同”的发展对策。
This study addresses the heterogeneous operational efficiency observed in internet freight platforms by employing the integrated Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-Interpretive Structural Modeling(DEMATEL-ISM)methodology to analyze critical influencing factors.Five dimensions—operational efficacy,customer service,financial performance,technological innovation,and green/low-carbon development—were selected,with 15 determinants identified through systematic literature review and semi-structured expert interviews.A case-based application of the DEMATEL-ISM framework revealed that revenue growth rate emerged as both a high-impact factor in centrality/influence degree calculations and a root antecedent within the hierarchical structure.Synthesizing analytical outcomes,this research proposes a tripartite developmental strategy for enhancing platform operational efficiency:Technology-driven empowerment,mechanism optimization,and policy synergy.
