基于危害分析与关键控制点体系的信息闭环系统在母乳库管理中的应用效果

摘要 目的评估基于危害分析与关键控制点体系的信息闭环系统在母乳库管理中的应用效果,为母乳库的管理提供实证依据。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2025年10月宁波大学附属妇女儿童医院自体母乳库实施基于危害分析与关键控制点体系的信息闭环系统管理前后的运行状况,记录母乳质量控制及信息闭环系统的执行情况,并分析母乳接收总量、送母乳人次数、母乳喂养率及不良事件。结果基于危害分析与关键控制点体系的信息闭环系统实施后,母乳库年收母乳总量、年送母乳人次数以及母乳喂养率均高于实施前。此外,实施后未发生母乳喂养相关不良事件。结论基于危害分析与关键控制点体系的信息闭环系统应用于母乳库管理中取得了显著成效,有效提升了母乳接收量、送母乳人次数和母乳喂养率,并降低不良事件的发生风险。该系统为母乳库的管理提供了一种高效的模式,实现了母婴分离住院新生儿母乳喂养的规范化和标准化,保障住院新生儿母乳喂养的安全。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of information closed-loop system based on hazard analysis and critical control point system in the management of human milk bank,thereby providing empirical evidence for human milk bank administration.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the operational status of the autologous milk bank in Women and Children’s Hospital of Ningbo University before and after the implementation of the information closed-loop system based on hazard analysis and critical control point system,covering the period from January 2020 to October 2025.The milk quality control measures and the implementation of the information closed-loop system were documented,and indicators were analyzed including total milk reception volume,number of milk delivery trips,breastfeeding rate,and adverse events.Results After the implementation of the information closed-loop system based on hazard analysis and critical control point system,the annual milk reception volume,annual number of milk delivery trips,and breastfeeding rate of the human milk bank were higher than those in the pre-implementation period.Additionally,no breastfeeding-related adverse events were reported after implementation.Conclusion The application of the information closed-loop system based on hazard analysis and critical control point system in the management of human milk bank has achieved remarkable outcomes.It effectively increases milk reception volume,the number of milk delivery trips,and breastfeeding rate,while reducing the risk of adverse events.This system provides an efficient management model for human milk banks,realizes the standardization of breastfeeding for hospitalized neonates separated from their mothers,and ensures the safety of breastfeeding for these neonates.
