摘要
为了解决ZM6镁合金铸造机匣内表面的表面清洁度差、表面强度低、表面材料易脱落、表面附着力和粗糙度低以及外表面存在型芯印记残留等缺陷的难题,采用激振抛磨工艺改善机匣砂铸表面以及控制铸造多余物。以取自ZM6镁合金铸造航空机匣的样块为研究对象,探究其激振抛磨处理前后的性能变化。结果表明:激振抛磨后样块表面纹理变得均匀致密,表面氧化层被有效去除,表面粗糙度降低;表面残余应力由拉应力状态全部转为压应力状态;漆层附着力等级由2~3级提升至1级。激振抛磨工艺实现了表面缺陷清除、应力状态调控及漆层附着力提升,为航空发动机机匣表面质量提升提供了兼具高效性与工程适用性的工艺解决方案。
To address the problems of poor surface cleanliness,low surface strength,easy peeling of surface materials,insufficient adhesion and low surface roughness on the inner surface of ZM6 magnesium alloy cast casings,as well as residual core prints on the outer surface.The vibratory finishing process was employed to improve the sand casting surface of the casing and control the excess casting materials.The sample taken from ZM6 magnesium alloy cast aviation casing was taken as the research object to explore the performance changes before and after vibratory finishing.The results show that after polishing,the surface texture of the sample becomes uniform and dense,the surface oxide layer is effectively removed,and the surface roughness decreases.Moreover,the residual stress on the surface changes from a tensile stress state to a compressive stress state and the adhesion level of the paint layer is raised from level 2-3 to level 1.The vibratory finishing process achieves multiple effects including surface defect removal,stress state control,and paint adhesion enhancement,providing a process solution that combines high efficiency and engineering applicability for improving the surface quality of aircraft engine casings.
