摘要
使用有机硅漆、聚酰亚胺漆和氟塑料清漆对石英纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料进行防潮处理,并对防潮漆的吸水性、电性能、表面附着力、耐热性能进行了研究。结果表明,氟塑料清漆表现出更优异的防水性能;表面涂覆一定厚度防潮漆的聚酰亚胺复合材料可以保持较好的电性能;氟塑料清漆在聚酰亚胺复合材料表面的附着效果更好;聚酰亚胺漆拥有更好的耐温性能,耐温500℃。防潮漆引入疏水基团或分子结构的紧密堆积均可达到防水效果。
Organosilicone paint,polyimide paint,and fluoroplastic varnish were employed for moisture-proof treatment of quartz fiber-reinforced polyimide composites,and investigations were carried out on the water absorption,electrical properties,surface adhesion,and heat resistance of the moisture-proof coatings.The findings reveal that fluoroplastic varnish demonstrates superior waterproof performance;the polyimide composite material with a prescribed thickness of the moisture-proof coating on its surface can maintain satisfactory electrical properties;the adhesion of fluoroplastic varnish on the surface of polyimide composites is more favorable;polyimide paint exhibits superior temperature resistance,capable of withstanding temperatures up to 500℃.The introduction of hydrophobic groups or the close packing of the molecular structure within the moisture-proof paint can achieve the desired waterproof effect.
