摘要
在当今竞争激烈的建筑业市场中,如何打造高品质工程,进一步降低建造成本,提高建设速度,并将设计图纸与现场建设紧密结合,是每一个工程单位所面临的难题。医疗建筑作为典型的大型复杂项目,通常以EPC模式进行一体化设计、采购和施工,在履约过程中设计管理往往能发挥更大的作用。同时,“医疗专项”设计作为医疗建筑的核心设计内容,其设计思路和质量往往能影响后续建造过程中的进度、质量和成本。为更好地解决上述问题,文章主要研究了在医疗建筑全过程建设中,如何建立以“医疗专项”设计为基础的全过程设计管理流程,并提出相应的管理思路。
In today's fiercely competitive construction market,how to create high-quality projects,further reduce construction costs,improve construction speed,and closely integrate design drawings with on-site construction poses a challenge for every engineering unit.As typical large-scale complex projects,medical buildings often adopt the EPC model for integrated design,procurement,and construction,where design management can play a more significant role during the execution process.Simultaneously,as the core design content of medical buildings,the design approach and quality of"medical specialty"systems often impact the schedule,quality,and cost of subsequent construction phases.To better address the issues mentioned above,this paper focuses on how to establish a whole-process design management workflow and methodology based on"medical specialty"design throughout the entire construction process of medical buildings.
