摘要
结合杭州市中医院丁桥院区重大疫情救治基地项目,以总体规划、门诊医技、护理单元等层面“平急转换”的基本要点为依据,采用“三区两通道”原则,明确急时流线,以期实现更高效的医疗资源整合及利用,深化医疗设施“平急结合”建造理念,为未来中医医院“平急结合”设计提供借鉴。
Combined with the major epidemic treatment base project of Dingqiao Campus of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,based on the points of"peace and emergency conversion"at overall planning,outpatient medical technology,and nursing units,the"three zones and two passages"principle is adopted to clarify the emergency flow lines,aiming to achieve more efficient integration and utilization of medical resources,deepen the construction concept of"peace and emergency combination"of medical facilities,and provide reference for the future"peace and emergency combination"design of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals.
