摘要
灵活就业为我国就业市场注入了新活力,为城乡劳动力提供了就业机会,但其具有的灵活性特点也为提升家庭发展韧性带来了挑战。基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)2013—2019年数据,实证分析家庭成员参与灵活就业对家庭发展韧性的影响效应以及影响机制。研究发现:第一,家庭成员参与灵活就业显著降低了家庭的发展韧性。第二,路径分析结果表明,灵活就业无法促进家庭福利的长期向上流动,也无法发挥缓解外部冲击对家庭福利干扰的积极作用。第三,机制分析结果显示,灵活就业通过提高家庭成员的就业不稳定性、降低家庭社会保障水平以及资产积累水平,进而降低了家庭的发展韧性。第四,异质性分析结果显示,随着家庭发展韧性水平的提升,灵活就业对家庭发展韧性水平的降低效应不断减弱;处于非东部地区以及具有农业户籍的家庭参与灵活就业对于家庭发展韧性的降低作用更为明显;户主年龄较大、受教育水平较低的家庭,从事灵活就业致使家庭发展韧性降低的负面效应也更大。
Flexible employment has injected new vitality into China’s job market and provided employment opportunities for urban and rural laborers,but its flexible characteristics also bring challenges to family development resilience enhancement.Based on the data of the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)from 2013 to 2019,the article empirically analyzes the effects of family members’participation in flexible employment on the resilience of family development as well as the mechanism of influence.The study finds that,first,family members’participation in flexible employment significantly reduces the developmental resilience of families.Second,the results of path analysis show that flexible employment cannot promote long-term upward mobility of household welfare or play a role in mitigating the disturbance of household welfare by external shocks.Third,the results of mechanism analysis show that flexible employment reduces the developmental resilience of households by increasing the employment instability of household members,lowering the level of household social security,and the level of asset accumulation.Fourth,the results of heterogeneity analysis show that the reduction effect of flexible employment on the level of household development resilience decreases with the increase in the level of household development resilience.Households located outside eastern regions and those with agricultural household registration experience a more pronounced reduction in family development resilience when engaging in flexible employment.Additionally,households with older heads of household and lower educational attainment exhibit a greater negative effect on resilience when engaging in flexible employment.
