This article elaborates on the significant role of workholding fixtures in mechanical machining,pointing out that their design concepts are undergoing transformation in the era of intelligent manufacturing.Research indicates that well-designed fixtures can enhance machining accuracy and efficiency,promote automated production,and reduce costs.Key design principles include modularization,standardization,digital modeling,and flexible structures,while application scenarios encompass CNC machining,automated tool changing,and intelligent monitoring.This study provides valuable insights for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
