摘要
在智能制造技术快速发展的背景下,夹具作为制造系统的核心组件,其设计方法亟待向智能化、高适应性和数据驱动方向转型。本文针对传统夹具设计在动态响应、多工况适应性和状态监测等方面的局限性,提出面向智能制造的夹具创新设计理论框架与实践方法。在此基础上,通过典型工业案例的对比实验表明,创新设计使夹具定位精度提升,换装效率提高。
Under the background of the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,as the core component of the manufacturing system,the design method of the fixture urgently needs to be transformed into the direction of intelligence,high adaptability and data-driven design.In view of the limitations of traditional fixture design in terms of dynamic response,multi-condition adaptability and state monitoring,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework and practical methods of innovative fixture design for intelligent manufacturing.On this basis,the comparative experiments of typical industrial cases show that the innovative design improves the positioning accuracy and replacement efficiency of the fixture.
