摘要
局限性肾癌中的高危局限性肾癌是影响患者生存的重要亚群。临床上高危局限性肾癌的识别及治疗效果不佳。以循环肿瘤细胞为代表的微小残留病灶和液体活检技术为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新的方式。基于循环肿瘤细胞上皮间质分子分型的肾癌cM0(i+)分期为高危局限性肾癌的诊断提供了更为精准的依据,也可为早期治疗及治疗方案的选择提供依据。临床更需多中心、大样本研究,丰富高危局限性肾癌精准诊疗的内涵。
High-risk localized renal cell carcinoma is an important subgroup affecting patient survival.The identification and treatment effect of clinically high-risk localized renal cell carcinoma is poor.Tiny residual lesions represented by circulating tumor cells and liquid biopsy techniques provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment of tumors.The cM0(i+)staging of renal cell carcinoma based on the molecular typing of the epithelial and stromal of circulating tumor cells provides a more accurate basis for the diagnosis of high-risk localized renal cell carcinoma,and can also provide a basis for early treatment and treatment options.Clinical research requires multi-center and large-sample studies to enrich the connotation of precise diagnosis and treatment of high-risk localized renal cell carcinoma.
