摘要
深基坑新型悬臂式双排PC工法桩施工质量直接关系到基坑稳定与周边环境安全,针对此,文中结合施工工法以及在超深地下连续墙工程中“全流程、精细化、预控式”的监督管理思路,系统分析了悬臂式双排PC工法桩施工过程中的关键环节与潜在风险。从施工准备、桩体施工、冠梁连接至最终验收的全生命周期出发,探讨了以材料质量控制、工艺过程控制、节点连接控制及监测预警为核心的监督要点,旨在构建一套适用于该类新型支护结构的质量安全监督体系,助力基坑工程的高质量与绿色发展。
The construction quality of the new cantilever double-row PC method piles for deep foundation pits is directly related to the stability of the foundation pits and the safety of the surrounding environment.Drawing on the“full-process,refined,pre-control”supervision and management approach applied in ultra-deep diaphragm wall projects,this paper systematically analyzes the key stages and potential risks in the construction of cantilever double-row PC method piles based on the relevant construction methodology.From the entire life cycle——encompassing construction preparation,pile installation,capping beam connection,to final acceptance——the study explores supervision focal points centered on material quality control,process control,node connection integrity,and monitoring and early warning systems.The aim is to establish a quality and safety supervision framework tailored to this new type of supporting structure,and thereby contributing to the high-quality and green development of excavation engineering.
