摘要
城市更新改造旨在解决城市发展过程中出现的功能布局不合理、基础设施陈旧等问题。在复杂的城市环境中,极端情况下需在极小扰动周边建(构)筑物的前提下施作挡土墙,以完善城市功能。本文结合实际工程案例,探讨了临近建(构)筑物施作挡土墙和桩基方案的比选,并浅谈城市狭小环境的微扰动桩体设计和施工的关键技术点。同时,采用有限元分析了桩基施工对临近建(构)筑物的影响,通过实际监测数据印证了城市狭小环境中微扰动桩体施工的可靠性。
Urban renewal and renovation aim to solve problems such as unreasonable functional layout and outdated infrastructure that arise during the process of urban development.In complex urban environments,in extreme cases,retaining walls need to be constructed with minimal disturbance to surrounding buildings to im-prove urban functionality.This paper combined practical engineering cases to explore the comparison and selec-tion of retaining wall and pile foundation schemes for adjacent construction,and briefly discussed several key technical points in the design and construction of micro disturbance piles in narrow urban environments.Mean-while,the impact of pile foundation construction on adjacent buildings was analyzed using finite element meth-od,and the reliability of micro disturbance pile construction in narrow urban environments was confirmed through actual monitoring data.
