摘要
在全球产业变革与要素结构调整的背景下,文化资源正日益成为推动现代工业体系重构的关键变量。作为一种具有认知引导、制度塑型与价值共创功能的核心要素,文化具备系统性经济属性,在新质生产力发展中发挥着基础性作用。本文以资源基础理论、制度性逻辑与生态系统理论为基础,构建“文化嵌入—机制扩展—系统跃迁”的理论分析框架,系统揭示文化赋能现代工业体系的作用机制与传导路径。在此框架下,本文归纳出产品美学型、组织范式型与生态协同型三类典型赋能路径,并揭示其由外在附着向系统整合演化的过程逻辑。通过区域与行业典型实践的剖析,进一步总结文化在工业体系中的赋能样态与结构转化机制。在应对结构性障碍的基础上,本文提出从要素识别、协同机制到生态治理的多维联动优化路径,并构建“初始试点—模式扩展—生态集成”的推进策略。本文旨在为文化资源系统性嵌入现代工业体系、推动产业价值结构优化与创新生态构建提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Amid global industrial transformation and factor restructuring,culture is becoming a key driver in reshaping the modern industrial system.As a core element with functions of cognitive guidance,institutional shaping,and value cocreation,culture holds systemic economic attributes and plays a foundational role in the development of new productive forces.This paper,drawing on the resource-based view,institutional logic,and ecosystem theory,constructs a theoretical framework of"cultural embedding-mechanism expansion-systemic transformation"to reveal the mechanisms and transmission paths of cultural empowerment in industry.Within this framework,three typical empowerment paths are identified:product-aesthetic,organizational-paradigm,and ecosystem-synergy types.These paths illustrate an evolution from external attachment to systemic integration.Through case studies across regions and industries,the paper further explores cultural empowerment patterns and structural transformation mechanisms in industrial systems.Addressing structural barriers,it proposes a multidimensional optimization path covering element identification,coordination mechanisms,and ecosystem governance.A progressive strategy-pilot launch,model diffusion,and ecosystem integration-is suggested.This study aims to offer both theoretical insights and practical guidance for embedding culture into industrial systems,optimizing value structures,and fostering innovation ecosystems.
