神经康复科电诊断技术继续教育的教学实践与效果分析

摘要 目的分析医学继续教育项目对神经康复科医务人员电诊断专业技能、临床实践、认知参与水平及自主学习能力的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究设计,选取36名医务人员作为研究对象,进行为期6个月共12学时的电诊断技术医学继续教育,包括理论培训环节(如专家授课、系统讲解、分模块教学、互动答疑等)与实践环节(如实践操作、经验分享与交流、自主学习引导和持续跟踪与反馈等)。观察指标包括理论知识掌握、认知参与水平、实践操作与临床应用能力及自主学习能力评分。结果接受继续教育后,医务人员的实践操作与临床应用能力以及自主学习能力评分显著升高(P<0.05);而理论知识掌握与认知参与水平评分虽有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医学继续教育项目有效提升了神经康复科医务人员在电诊断技术方面的实践应用与自主学习能力,但在理论知识和认知参与水平的提升上仍有待加强。 Objective To analyze the influence of medical continuing education program on the professional skills,clinical practice,cognitive participation level and autonomous learning ability of medical staff in neurorehabilitation department.Methods A prospective study design was used.A total of 36 medical staff were selected as the research subjects,and a 6-month 12-hour medical continuing education of electrodiagnostic technology was carried out,including theoretical training links(such as expert teaching,systematic explanation,sub-module teaching,interactive Q&A,etc.)and practical links(such as practical operation,experience sharing and exchange,self-learning guidance and continuous tracking and feedback,etc.).The observation indexes included theoretical knowledge mastery,cognitive participation level,practical operation and clinical application ability and self-learning ability scores.Results After receiving continuing education,the scores of practical operation and clinical application ability and autonomous learning ability of medical staff were significantly increased(P<0.05);although the scores of theoretical knowledge mastery and cognitive participation level scores were improved,but the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The medical continuing education program has effectively improved the practical application and self-learning ability of medical staff in the neurorehabilitation department in the field of electrical diagnostic technology,but it still needs to be strengthened in the improvement of theoretical knowledge and cognitive participation level.
