摘要
目前,国内学者对于社会工作行政涵义的理解比较宽泛,往往将"社会工作行政"、"社会行政"、"社会福利行政"等几个概念替代使用。在关于社会工作行政的范围方面,也存在着从政策过程、或从政策构成、以及从政策层次等三个不同的视角进行的解说。笔者在对"社会行政"、"社会福利行政"和"社会工作行政"三个概念的区别及其相互关系讨论的基础上,提出对社会工作行政涵义的理解。
Currently,domestic scholars have a broad understanding of the meaning of the Social Work Administration.They always confuse the meaning of'Social Work Administration'',Social Administrative','Social Welfare Administration'.They has three different perspectives explanations about social work confine that includes policy process,policy constitutes,policy levels.Based on discussion distinguish and relation between the three concepts of 'Social Work Administration'',Social Administrative','Social Welfare Administration',the author proposed understanding of the meaning of the Social Work Administration.
