摘要
在深化职业教育改革的背景下,聚焦高职药物检测技术课程,重构项目式教学内容,深度融合药品检验岗位能力标准、职业院校技能大赛评价标准及1+X职业技能等级证书考核要点。实践表明,采用“项目引领、任务驱动”教学模式后,学生操作规范达标率提升32%,职业证书通过率达96.7%,技能大赛参与度提高40%,有效解决了传统教学中理论与实践脱节、技能训练碎片化、评价机制单一等问题,为高职药学类专业课程改革提供了可复制的实践范式。
In the context of deepening the reform of vocational education,this study focuses on the drug testing technology course in higher vocational schools,reconstructs the project-based teaching content,and deeply integrates the drug inspection post competency standards,the evaluation standards of vocational college skills competitions,and the assessment points of 1 X vocational skill level certificates.Practice shows that after adopting the“project-led,task-driven”teaching mode,the compliance rate of students'operating specifications has increased by 32%,the pass rate of vocational certificates has reached 96.7%,and participation in skill competitions has increased by 40%,which effectively solves the problems of disconnection between theory and practice,fragmentation of skill training,and single evaluation mechanism in traditional teaching,and provides a replicable practical paradigm for the curriculum reform of higher vocational pharmacy majors.
