基于一流高校经验的贵州医科大学药物制剂专业本土化教学改革路径探索

Exploration of a localized teaching reform path for the pharmaceutics program at Guizhou Medical University based on the experience of first-class university

摘要 随着医药产业的快速发展和“健康中国”战略的深入推进,贵州医科大学药物制剂专业在人才培养中面临理论与实践脱节、课程内容更新滞后、地方特色与教学融合不深等问题。本文以贵州医科大学药学院为例,分析当前药物制剂专业教学的现状与困境,结合作者在一流高校药学院药剂系半年的进修经历,提炼一流高校“科研反哺教学”“全链条实践体系”的先进经验,并针对地方院校科研资源有限、民族医药特色突出的实际,提出“一体两翼、三阶递进”本土化教学改革方案。通过构建以学生为中心的成果导向教育理念,融入道地药材与苗药特色,设计“基础-综合-创新”三阶实践体系,打造“科研反哺教学+产学研协同”支撑体系,推动理论与实践深度融合。研究为地方医学院校药物制剂专业培养产业需求的高素质应用型人才提供借鉴路径。 With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the in-depth advancement of the“healthy China”strategy,the pharmaceutical preparation major in Guizhou Medical University is confronted with such problems in talent cultivation as the disconnection between theory and practice,the lagging update of curriculum content,and the insufficient integration of local characteristics with teaching.Taking the School of Pharmacy of Guizhou Medical University as an example,this paper analyzes the current status and dilemmas of the teaching of pharmaceutical preparation major.Combined with the author’s six-month advanced study experience in the department of pharmaceutics of a first-class university’s school of pharmacy,it extracts the advanced experiences of top universities,such as“scientific research feeding back teaching”and“full-chain practical system”.In view of the actual situation of local colleges and universities,which are characterized by limited scientific research resources and prominent ethnic medicine features,a localized teaching reform plan of“one body,two wings and three-stage progression”is proposed.By establishing a student-centered outcome-based education concept,integrating the characteristics of genuine medicinal materials and Miao nationality medicine,designing a“basic-integrated-innovative”three-stage practical system,and building a supporting system of“scientific research feeding back teaching+industry-university-research collaboration”,the in-depth integration of theory and practice is promoted.This study provides a reference path for local medical colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents in the pharmaceutical preparation major that meet the needs of the industry.
