摘要
民族交往交流交融是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要路径,也是边疆多民族地区社会治理的重要课题。基于新疆伊犁齐村多民族村落的调查,呈现齐村锡伯族、维吾尔族、汉族间交往交流交融的实现过程和现实样态。齐村依托多民族邻近而居的空间格局和多元共生的生活场域,形成了多层次互动体系:日常邻里互助构建情感联结;节日共庆推动文化共享和认同升华;工作场域技能互学和协作打破民族边界;语言互通、经济互补和旅游赋能夯实民族交流基础。在此基础上,各民族在饮食、取名、服饰等民俗层面交流互鉴,情感与心理交融日益深化,形成“你中有我、我中有你”的共同体格局。边疆多民族村落民族交往交流交融是历史积淀、政策引导、经济驱动和文化互鉴共同作用的结果,其关键在于通过日常化、生活化的互动消解群体隔阂,强化对中华民族共同体的认同。齐村实践为边疆民族地区发展、民族团结进步、铸牢中华民族共同体意识及全面推进中华民族共同体建设提供案例参考。
Academic discourse has ly consistent-examined the“ethnic communication,tions,interac-and integration”(hereinafter referred to as the“three contacts”)from diverse disciplinary perspectives—covering conceptual definitions,oretical the-frameworks,substantive significance,and practical pathways.These explorations have vided pro-valuable references for subsequent related practices.However,case studies examining the deep-seated interactions and integration processes among ethnic groups in their daily lives within multi-ethnic villages along China's frontiers remain notably Thiusnderexplored.study is based on fieldwork conducted in Qicun Village,Xibo Autonomous County,Ili,Xinjiang,from January 2021 to September 2023.Utilizing methodologies such as participant tion,observa-in-depth interviews,and document analysis,this research systematically examines the concrete practices of“three contacts”within this nic multi-eth-village,predominantly inhabited by the Xibo,Uyghur,and Han ethnic groups.Qicun,a tional tradi-settlement formed during the Qing Dynasty when the Xibo people migrated westward to guard the frontier,has developed over more than two centuries into a stable and mutually embedded multi-ethnic community.As such,it provides a representative case study for observing ethnic gration inte-in border The regions.investigation reveals that the ethnic groups in Qicun have achieved deep integration through multilevel interactions.At the spatial el,lev-the proximity in which these ethnic groups live facilitates frequent daily interactions,fostering neighborly assistance,collaborative farming during peak seasons,and emotional support,which have effectively dissolved group barriers.At the cultural level,shared celebrations of festivals,mutual derstanding un-of languages,exchange of culinary practices,and the blending of naming and clothing customs have fostered cultural sharing and elevated mutual recognition.Economically,tourism opment,devel-exchange of skills,and economic mentarity comple-have formed mutually beneficial ic econom-ties.Psychologically,initiatives like the nic“Eth-Unity as One Family”campaign and paired kinship recognition activities have deepened tional emo-resonance and strengthened the sense of longing be-to the Chinese nation.Research indicates that Qicun's“three contacts”among ethnic groups are the culmination of historical accumulation,icy pol-guidance,economic drivers,and cultural change.ex-Crucially,these“contacts”reinforce dentification i-with the Chinese nation through daily,life-embedded engagement.The practices in Qicun demonstrate that nic eth-communication,interactions,and integration in multi-ethnic frontier villages bear significant plications:im-First,the“three contacts”represent a gradual evolution from mutual learning in material culture to emotional and psychological integration,underscoring the necessity for a multi-level tive interac-system.Second,spatial interpenetration,nomic eco-complementarity,cultural sharing,and motional e-affinity have shown to be key drivers of these“three contacts”.Third,micro-level tices prac-in daily life—such as neighborly mutual aid,shared celebrations,and collaborative tion—effectively produc-dissolve ethnic boundaries and strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation.At the practical level,the Qicun ence experi-offers a viable pathway for advancing ethnic unity in frontier regions,promote all-around gration,inte-and fortify consciousness of the Chinese national community.This entails fostering ges exchan-through spatial interweaving,solidifying bonds through economic collaboration,strengthening ognition rec-through cultural communication,and tablishing es-consensus through emotional integration.The study further emphasizes that the coordinated efforts of the Party and state policy guidance,grassroots government promotion,and spontaneous community interactions are crucial safeguards for a continued deepening of the“three contacts”among ethnic groups and for a comprehensive ment advance-of the construction of the Chinese national community.
