摘要
西藏是有着丰富旅游文化资源的民族聚集区。发展旅游文化事业是促进各民族在旅游活动中尊重差异、包容多样、展现各民族交往交流交融活动的重要途径。西藏作为中华民族特色文化的重要保护地、重要的世界旅游目的地,在新的历史条件下发展旅游文化,应着力培育和巩固中华民族共同体意识。在旅游文化政策规划的制定上、在旅游从业人员的教育培训上、在旅游文化项目的开发设计上,要引导行业人员和各族群众相互帮助、相互欣赏、相互学习、相互理解,促进各民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展,推动旅游文化在巩固社会主义新型民族关系、促进民族交往交流交融中繁荣发展。
Tibet is a national gathering area with rich tourism and cultural resources.The development of tourism and culture undertaking is an important way to promote the respect for differences,inclusiveness and diversity of ethnic groups in tourism activities,and to show the communication and integration of ethnic groups.As an important protector of the Chinese national culture and an important world tourism destination,Tibet should develop and cultivate the tourism culture under the new historical conditions,and should focus on cultivating and consolidating the awareness of the Chinese nation community.In the formulation of tourism culture policy planning,in the education and training of tourism practitioners,and in the development and design of tourism cultural projects,we should guide industry personnel and people of all ethnic groups to help each other,appreciate each other,learn from each other,and understand each other and promote various ethnic groups.It is essential to promote harmonious coexistence,cooperation and development of all ethnic groups,and promote tourism culture to consolidate new socialist ethnic relations and promote National Communication and integration have flourished.
