摘要
黑龙江省作为我国农业大省和粮食安全“压舱石”,发展涉农高校人才培养是推动新质生产力与现代智慧农业深度融合的关键路径。结合新质生产力对复合型、产业融合型、创新驱动型和绿色可持续发展模式的现代智慧农业技术人才需求的实际,通过调研各类涉农人才培养供给比例、用人单位的满意度、行业需求的匹配度和毕业生就业数据分析,提出涉农高校创新人才培养模式成果的研究和实践。
Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in my country and a"ballast stone"for food security.Developing talent training in agricultural universities is a key path to promote the deep integration of new quality productive forces and modern smart agriculture.Combined with the actual demand of new quality productive forces for modern smart agricultural technical talents with a compound,industry-integrated,innovation-driven,and green and sustainable development model.By investigating the proportion of training and supply of various agriculture-related talents,the satisfaction of employers,the matching of industry needs,and the analysis of graduate employment data,the research and practice of the results of innovative talent training models in agricultural universities are proposed.
