摘要
《2024年EDUCAUSE地平线报告(教与学版)》中指明未来的高等教育必然与数字化技术紧密相关,高校机构始终处于网络安全风险之中。网络安全教育课程建设亦是未来人才培养的必要环节。立足于地方社会发展对网络安全技术人才需求,以盐城工学院为地方高校案例,分析近五年该校网络安全课程建设现状,探讨地方高校在网络安全课程过程中会面临的四大困境:资源、制度、认知以及技术。旨在说明当前地方高校网络安全课程发展问题,培养适应数字化时代下地方发展需求的新型人才,满足现代化社会发展需求。
The 2024 EDUCAUSE Horizon Report(Teaching and Learning Edition)highlights that the future of higher education will be inextricably linked with digital technology,with institutions perpetually exposed to cybersecurity risks.Cybersecurity education courses are an essential component of future talent cultivation.Grounded in the local societal demand for cybersecurity technical talent,this study uses Yancheng Institute of Technology as a case study of a local university,analyzing the status of its cybersecurity course development over the past five years and examining four principal challenges encountered by local universities in cybersecurity curriculum development:resources,institutional frameworks,awareness,and technology.This study aims to address the current challenges in cybersecurity course development at local universities,focusing on cultivating new talent capable of meeting the developmental needs of local regions in the digital age and satisfying the demands of modern society.
