摘要
发展新质生产力需要大批拔尖创新人才的智力支持。新型现代产业学院是在“新工科”建设框架内,立足于卓越工程人才的自主培养,以服务新质生产力持续高质量发展为追求的创新实践。具体而言,新型现代产业学院卓越工程人才的培养,要围绕学科交叉、产教融合、多主体办学进行体制机制创新。然而,新型现代产业学院在卓越工程人才培养实践中也面临多重结构性困境。一方面,思想共识层面存在解构风险,学科交叉进程中遭遇多重壁垒阻碍,多主体协同育人机制尚未畅通。另一方面,配套体制机制的更新滞后于发展需求,且各类资源的整合与高效利用也面临挑战。因此,要构建凝聚思想共识的育人平台,不断为体制机制创新提供运行保障,优化以提升人才培养质量为目的的内部治理结构;同时整合外部资源,进一步深化校企合作的方向,有效提升卓越工程人才的质量。
The development of new quality productive forces requires the intellectual support of a large number of top-notch innovative talents.New-type modern industry colleges,framed within the“Emerging Engineering Education”initiative,are an innovative practice aimed at the independent cultivation of outstanding engineering talents and dedicated to sustaining the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.To be specific,the cultivation of outstanding engineering talents in new-type modern industry colleges should focus on institutional and mechanism innovation in terms of interdisciplinary integration,industry-education integration and multi-entity participation.However,these colleges face multiple structural challenges in the practice of cultivating outstanding engineering talents.On one hand,there is a risk of deconstruction at the level of ideological consensus;multiple barriers and obstacles are encountered in the interdisciplinary process and the mechanism of multi-entity collaborative education is not yet smooth.On the other hand,the updating of supporting institutional mechanisms has failed to keep pace with the development needs,and the integration and efficient utilization of various resources also present ongoing difficulties.Therefore,it is essential to build educational platforms that consolidate ideological consensus,continuously provide operational guarantees for institutional and mechanism innovation,and optimize the internal governance structure for improving the quality of talent cultivation.Simultaneously,external resources should be integrated to further deepen university-enterprise cooperation,thereby effectively enhancing the quality of outstanding engineering talents.
