摘要
对网侧电感电压进行微分反馈,可有效抑制LCL型滤波器的谐振尖峰,且相比于常见的滤波电容电流比例反馈(CCPF-AD)能够增加逆变器的输出阻抗。但阻尼支路存在微分环节,且已有的微分环节实现方法均追求在整个频段内等效成理想微分环节,导致网侧电感电压中的高频分量被放大。本文提出带通滤波器+超前校正环节反馈网侧电感电压,可以让带通滤波器+超前校正环节在谐振处等效成理想微分环节,且在低频和高频处具有较低的增益。采用所提策略,在较好地实现有源阻尼(AD)的同时能够降低对基波的影响以及对高次谐波具有较好的抑制作用。实验结果证明了所提策略的有效性。
Differential feedback of the grid-side inductor voltage can effectively suppress the resonance spikes of the LCL-type filter,and it can increase the output impedance of the inverter compared with the common filter capacitor current proportional feedback activing damping(CCPF-AD).However,there is a differential link in the damping branch,and existing methods for implementing differential link aim to be equivalent to an ideal differential component throughout the entire frequency band,resulting in the amplification of high-frequency components in the grid side inductance voltage.This paper proposes a bandpass filter+overcorrection link to feedback the grid-side inductor voltage.By reasonably designing the parameters,the band-pass filter+overcorrection link can be made equivalent to an ideal differential link at the resonance,and has a lower gain at low and high frequencies compared with the ideal differential link.The theoretical analysis shows that the proposed strategy can reduce the effect on the fundamental wave and have a better suppression effect on the higher harmonics while achieving better active damping(AD).The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
