摘要
结直肠癌(Colorectal cancer,CRC)的发病率逐年上升,且易发生多器官转移。中医学认为其与“中气不足、脾虚失运”有关,脾虚导致浊毒内蕴,而肺与大肠经络相通,形成了肺转移基础。文中从“补脾益肺”“培土生金”的角度,探讨治疗CRC及预防肺转移的机制。临床治疗以补中益气汤为主,配伍黄连、三七等,进行分阶段干预:围手术期健脾益气;放化疗期养血护肺;康复期脾肺双补,为临床诊疗CRC提供新思路。
Colorectal cancer(CRC)has shown a steady annual increase in incidence and is prone to multi-organ metastasis.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this condition is attributed to“middle qi and spleen deficiency,”where spleen deficiency leads to internal accumulation of turbid toxins.The interconnection between lung and large intestine meridians is the foundation for lung metastasis.Therefore,this article explored CRC treatment and lung metastasis prevention from the perspectives of“tonifying spleen and replenishing lung”and“banking up earth to generate metal.”In clinical treatment,the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was primarily employed and combined with Coptidis Rhizoma and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,with staged interventions:invigorating spleen and replenishing qi during the perioperative period;nourishing blood and protecting lung during radiotherapy and chemotherapy;and tonifying spleen and lung during recovery,thus offering novel therapeutic ideas for clinical treatment.
