摘要
总结《内经》对卫气的论述,可以发现主管防御的卫气具有明显的趋病性特点,主要表现在感应邪气入侵、向邪气侵入处聚集、与邪气相争三个阶段。卫气是针刺治疗的主要依据,针刺时激发的调控之气,正是具有“慓疾滑利”特性的卫气,临证诊疗时可根据卫气趋病性的特点,通过把握卫气的运行状态变化,有针对性地调整针灸的时机、部位、手法。
By summarizing the discussions about defensive-qi in The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,we have found that defensive qi which in charge of body defense has obvious characteristics of moving towards disease location.The process mainly includes three stages,i.e.,responding to evil invasion,converging at the location of evil qi invasion,and fighting with evil qi.Defensive qi is the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.During the acupuncture,doctors stimulate the qi to perform the function and this qi being stimutated is the defensive qi.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,according to the characteristic that defensive qi moving towards disease location,we can grasp the state of defensive qi movement to adjust the timing,position and technique of acupuncture and moxibustion.
