基于酸洗槽结构改进的紊流强化研究

Research on Turbulence Enhancement Based on Structural Improvement of Pickling Tank

摘要 为了加强酸液的紊流程度,实现高效酸洗,本文基于某紊流酸洗槽开发了一套新式酸洗槽体,并利用Ansys Fluent模拟对比了酸洗槽原始模型和改进模型的内部流动状态。结果表明:酸洗槽改进模型中添加挡辊,减小安山岩与带钢的距离,均会使酸液的运动速度提高、紊乱程度增加;高速紊流状态的酸液可以加快酸洗槽内的物质传递,实现高效酸洗;侧喷是酸洗槽内形成漩涡、增加带钢附近酸液紊乱程度的主要因素。添加挡辊、减小安山岩与带钢的距离、选择合适的侧喷位置和角度,有利于实现高效酸洗。 In order to strengthen the turbulence degree of acid solution and achieve efficient pickling,this paper develops a new type of pickling tank based on a certain turbulence pickling tank,and simulates the internal flow field of the original model and the improved model of the pickling tank using Ansys Fluent.The results show that adding rollers to the improved model of pickling tank and reducing the distance between andesite and strip steel will reduce the flow area of acid near the strip steel,and increase the movement speed and disorder degree of acid.The high-speed turbulent acid liquor can accelerate the material transfer in the pickling tank to achieve efficient pickling.The side spray is the main factor to form a vortex in the pickling tank and increase the disorder degree of acid solution near the strip steel.Selecting a proper side spray position and angle is conducive to improving the pickling speed.
