摘要
针对酸洗过程中存在的主要问题,阐述了实行酸洗清洁生产的必要性及意义;结合酸洗过程产污的环节,分别介绍和分析实施清洁生产的理论研究和工程实践的研究成果,论述了各酸洗清洁生产技术的作用机理及其在酸洗清洁生产过程中的作用。初步探讨了酸洗清洁生产定量化评价方法,并对进一步发展和完善酸洗清洁生产提出了予以考虑的方面。
For the main problems existed in the acid pickling, the necessity and significance to actualize cleaner production in acid pickling were elaborated. According to the pickling waste discharge link, the research results of the theoretical study and engineering practice on cleaner production implementation were introduced and analyzed respectively. The mechanism of each cleaner production technologies and their role in acid pickling were expounded. The quantitative evaluation method of cleaner production in pickling was discussed, and several aspects that can be taken into account in further development and refinement of cleaner production in pickling were proposed also.
