摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊对缺血性脑血管病(ICD)介入术预后的影响.方法将我院80例ICD介入术后患者随机分为对照组与治疗组40例.对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用通心络胶囊治疗.比较两组总有效率,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1),一氧化氮(NO)、全血黏度高切(WBVHC)、血浆比黏度(PRV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)及ICD复发率、良好功能结局率.结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VEGF、NO高于治疗前,ET-1低于治疗前,治疗组上述指标的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组WBVHC、PRV、HCT低于治疗前,治疗组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、TG低于治疗前,治疗组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP、WBC低于治疗前,治疗组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组ICD复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组良好功能结局率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论通心络胶囊治疗ICD介入术后患者预后良好,能调节血管内皮功能因子水平,降脂,抗炎,降低复发率.
Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo Capsules on the prognosis of after interventional surgery ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD).Methods Eighty patients who underwent ICD interventional surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group received Western medicine treatment,while treatment group received Tongxinluo Capsules on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),whole blood viscosity at high shear(WBVHC),plasma relative viscosity(PRV),hematocrit(HCT),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),ICD recurrence rate,and favorable functional outcomes rate were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than in control group(P<0.05);VEGF and NO increased in both groups,while ET-1 decreased,and treatment group showed higher VEGF,NOxand lower ET-1 than control group(P<0.05);WBVHC,PRV,and HCT decreased in both groups with lower values in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);TC and TG decreased in both groups with lower values in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);CRP and WBC decreased in both groups with lower values in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of ICD in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);favorable functional outcomes rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsules has a good prognosis for patients after ICD intervention,which can regulate vascular endothelial function factor levels,reduce lipids,enhance anti-inflammatory effects,and lower recurrence rates.
