摘要
人参广泛应用于制药、保健品行业和功能产品领域。人参的多种活性化学成分如人参皂苷、多糖、挥发油、微量元素等具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗疲劳、调节免疫、抗炎等生物活性,具有极高的药用价值和食用价值。本研究综述了人参的多种化学成分及药理作用,并为人参的新药开发和保健品、食品工业应用提供科学依据。
Ginseng is widely used in the pharmaceutical,health care products and functional product fields.The various active chemical components of ginseng,such as ginsenosides,polysaccharides,volatile oils,and trace elements,possess significant biological activities like anti-tumor,anti-aging,anti-fatigue,immune regulation,and anti-inflammatory effects,and have extremely high medicinal and edible values.This study reviews various chemical components and pharmacological effects of ginseng,and provides a scientific basis for the development of new drugs of ginseng and its application in health products and the food industry.
