摘要
农业绿色发展是贯彻新发展理念、推动生态文明建设的必然要求,也是实现农业现代化和乡村振兴的必由之路。新质生产力作为马克思主义生产力理论的创新性发展,以其高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,为破解农业绿色发展难题提供了核心驱动力。文章首先剖析了新质生产力赋能农业绿色发展的内在机理,认为其通过重塑生产力三要素(劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象)和优化生产关系,实现了对传统农业生产方式的革命性变革。其次,系统梳理了当前面临的现实挑战,主要表现为技术应用的“最后一公里”梗阻、生产关系调整的滞后性、要素协同的系统性与政策配套的精准性不足。最后,针对这些挑战,提出构建“技术—制度—主体”三维协同路径:强化科技创新与成果转化,推动生产关系适应性变革,激发多元主体协同活力,以期为新时代背景下全面推进农业绿色转型、加快建设农业强国提供理论参考与实践指引。
The green development of agriculture is an inevitable requirement for implementing the new development concept and promoting ecological civilization construction,and it is also the only way to achieve agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.As an innovative development of Marxist productivity theory,the new quality productivity,with its high-tech,high-efficiency and high-quality characteristics,provides the core driving force for solving the problems of agricultural green development.This article,first dissects the internal mechanism of new-quality productive forces empowering the green development of agriculture,arguing that it achieves a revolutionary transformation of traditional agricultural production methods by reshaping the three elements of productive forces(laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor)and optimizing production relations.Secondly,it systematically reviews the current practical challenges,mainly manifested as the"last mile"obstruction in the application of technology,the lag in the adjustment of production relations,the insufficiency of systematic coordination among elements,and the lack of precision in policy support.Finally,in response to these challenges,it proposes a three-dimensional coordinated path of"technology-system-subject":strengthening scientific and technological innovation and the transformation of achievements,promoting adaptive changes in production relations,and stimulating the collaborative vitality of multiple subjects,with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for comprehensively promoting the green transformation of agriculture and accelerating the construction of an agricultural power in the new era.
