摘要
生产力是人类社会发展和进步的最终决定力量,其演进历程深刻影响着农业领域的变革。农业新质生产力的形成根植于马克思主义生产力理论,建立在中华人民共和国成立以来农业科技进步的基础之上,契合推进乡村全面振兴的时代要求。本质上,农业新质生产力是以城乡融合发展和共同富裕为目标、以涉农领域科技创新为关键、与乡村生态振兴相辅相成的先进生产力质态。农业新质生产力之所以能够推动农业实现高质量发展,在于它坚持以问题为导向破解我国农业发展的现实困境,以需求为导向回应人民对农业发展的内在诉求,以目标为导向推动农业农村现代化的实现。实践路径上,其对农业高质量发展的提升与引领作用主要依赖于国家政策支持、农业生产力全要素的跨越提升以及农业发展模式的根本转变。
Productive forces are the ultimate determining force behind the development and progress of human society,and its evolutionary process profoundly influences transformations in agriculture.The emergence of agricultural new quality productive forces is rooted in Marxist productivity theory,built upon the foundation of agricultural scientific and technological advancements since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and consistent with the contemporary requirements of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization.In essence,it is an advanced state of productive forces that aims for integrated development and common prosperity in urban and rural areas,focuses on scientific and technological innovation in agriculture,and complements the revitalization of rural ecology.The reason why new agricultural productivity can promote high-quality development of agriculture is that it adheres to tackle the practical difficulties of agricultural development in China with problem orientation,responds to the inherent demands of the people for agricultural development with demand orientation,and promotes the modernization of agriculture and rural areas with goal orientation.In practice,its role in promoting and leading the high-quality development of agriculture mainly relies on the national policy,the improvement of all factors of agricultural productivity,and the fundamental transformation of agricultural development models.
