摘要
目的分析颜毒清颗粒治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮肺经风热证的临床疗效,探讨颜毒清颗粒治疗痤疮的治疗机理。方法120例轻中度寻常性痤疮肺经风热证患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各60例。治疗组给予颜毒清颗粒治疗,对照组给予清热暗疮胶囊治疗。比较两组皮损评分,中医证候积分,疗效,皮疹消退时间。结果治疗后,治疗组皮损计数、颜色、肿痛、瘙痒评分分别为(0.91±0.34)、(0.84±0.42)、(0.61±0.39)、(0.82±0.46)分,低于对照组的(1.31±0.38)、(1.29±0.75)、(0.88±0.56)、(1.52±0.71)分,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分(3.12±1.45)分低于对照组的(4.95±1.13)分,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮疹消退时间(14.23±3.15)d短于对照组的(21.56±4.25)d,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颜毒清颗粒治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮肺经风热证有着较好的临床效果,具备推广的必要性。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yanduqing granules in treating mild-tomoderate acne vulgaris with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome and explore the therapeutic mechanism of Yanduqing granules in treating acne.Methods 120 patients with mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 60 cases.The treatment group received oral administration of Yanduqing granules;the control group was given Qingre Anchuang Capsules.The skin lesion scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,treatment efficacy,and time for rash disappearance of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of skin lesion count,color,swelling and pain,and itching in the treatment group were(0.91±0.34),(0.84±0.42),(0.61±0.39),and(0.82±0.46)points,which were lower than those those in the control group[(1.31±0.38),(1.29±0.75),(0.88±0.56),and(1.52±0.71)points],with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(3.12±1.45)points in the treatment group was lower than the control group's(4.95±1.13)points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time for rash disappearance in the treatment group was(14.23±3.15)d,which was shorter than the control group's(21.56±4.25)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanduqing granules has significant effect for treating mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
