摘要
锰是畜禽必需的微量元素之一,参与机体内多种酶的激活与营养物质代谢,对畜禽的生长性能、繁殖功能、抗氧化能力及骨骼发育具有重要作用。近年来,随着畜牧业对绿色、高效养殖需求的提升,有机锰因其高生物利用度、低环境污染等优势逐渐成为研究热点。文章主要综述了锰的吸收与排泄、生物学功能及有机锰在畜禽养殖中的应用,以期为锰在畜牧生产中的科学应用提供参考。
Manganese is one of the essential trace elements for livestock and poultry.It participates in the activation of various enzymes and the metabolism of nutrients in the body,and plays an important role in the growth performance,reproductive function,antioxidant capacity and bone development of livestock and poultry.In recent years,with the increasing demand for green and efficient breeding in the livestock industry,organic manganese has gradually become a research hotspot due to its advantages such as high bioavailability and low environmental pollution.This article mainly reviews the absorption and excretion of manganese,its biological functions,and the application of organic manganese in livestock and poultry breeding,with the aim of providing a reference for the scientific application of manganese in livestock production.
