有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血液指标、卵泡发育和胫骨质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血液指标、卵泡发育和胫骨质量的影响。以360只38周龄健康京粉蛋鸡为研究对象,随机分成4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂不添加有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂的基础饲粮,3个试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别按NRC(1994)推荐量的25%、50%、75%添加有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同水平的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂对蛋鸡的产蛋性能、血常规指标、输卵管指标、卵泡发育和胫骨质量均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加NRC(1994)推荐量75%的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂可显著提高第8周的蛋壳厚度(P<0.05);饲粮中添加NRC(1994)推荐量25%的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂可显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加NRC(1994)推荐量50%和75%的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂可显著提高血清中总蛋白(TP)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加NRC(1994)推荐量25%、50%和75%的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂可显著提高蛋鸡回肠黏膜中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量(P<0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加不同水平的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂对蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质、卵泡发育和胫骨质量没有产生不良影响,且添加NRC(1994)推荐量50%和75%的有机锰铁铜锌复合制剂可提高蛋鸡血清抗氧化能力和肠道免疫功能。 This study aimed to evaluate the effects of supplemented with different levels of organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation in diets on the laying performance,egg quality,blood indexes,follicle development and tibia quality of laying hens.Three hundred and sixty 38-week-old healthy Jingfen laying hens as research models were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed a basal diet without organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation,within the experimental groups,the basal diets were supplemented with organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation at the levels of 25%,50%and 75%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994),respectively.The experiment included a 1-week pre-trial period followed by a 12-week experimental period.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,adding different levels of organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation to diets had no significant effects on the laying performance,blood routine indexes,oviduct indexes,follicle development,and tibia quality of laying hens(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,adding organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation at 75%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994)to the diet significantly increased the eggshell thickness at week 8(P<0.05);adding organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation at 25%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994)to the diet significantly improved serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity(P<0.05);adding organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation at 50%or 75%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994)to the diet significantly increased serum total protein(TP)content and catalase(CAT)activity(P<0.05);adding organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation at 25%,50%or 75%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994)to the diet significantly enhanced the immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in the ileal mucosa of laying hens(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding different levels of organic manganese-iron-copper-zinc compound preparation to the diet have no adverse effects on the laying performance,egg quality,follicle development and tibia quality of laying hens.Furthermore,adding organic manganese,iron,copper and zinc compound preparation at 50%and 75%of the recommended amount by NRC(1994)can improve the serum antioxidant capacity and intestinal immune function of laying hens.
