摘要
为了提高备份线夹6082铝合金试件内部温度场的探测精度,设计一种利用电磁超声的测试系统,建立基于相位整零分测备份线夹内部温度超声换能无损检测。研究结果表明:采用超声探测方法确定的温度分布结果和热电偶测试结果达到了良好吻合状态,所有测试点温差都在1℃以内,保证相对误差在0.5%以内;加热阶段,采用超声探测方法获得的温度高于热电偶测试温度;进入冷却过程时,采用超声探测方法获得的温度略微偏低。采用超声探测方法可以实现更快响应速率,达到实时超声探测的效果,且超声检测温度与实际温度更接近。
In order to improve the testing accuracy of internal temperature field of 6082 aluminum alloy specimen with backup wire clamp,a testing system using electromagnetic ultrasound is designed,and a non-destructive testing method of internal temperature of backup clamp based on phase integer and zero test is established.The results show that the temperature distribution results by ultrasonic testing method is in good agreement with the thermocouple test results,and the temperature difference of all test points is less than 1℃,ensuring the relative error within 0.5%.The temperature obtained by ultrasonic testing method in the heating stage is higher than the temperature testing by thermocouple.When entering the cooling process,the temperature obtained by ultrasonic testing method is slightly low.The ultrasonic testing method can achieve a faster response rate and achieve the effect of real-time ultrasonic testing,and the ultrasonic testing temperature is more consistent with the actual temperature.
