摘要
为了测量某试件多点温度,且温度跨度很大,还要达到要求精度,本文利用几种不同类型的传感器(AD590、PT1000和K型热电偶)进行采集,其输出形式(电流源、电阻和热电势)和大小均不相同,设计了电源电路、信号转换电路和放大抬升电路,使各种传感器的输出达到统一的1~5 V的标准信号;在实验室利用高精度电压、电流源和电阻箱分别对热电偶、AD590和PT1000进行模拟,结果表明该方法可行,调理电路的相对精度可达到0.1级。
For measuring multi-point temperature of a specimen, and the temperature span, but also to achieve the required accuracy,this paper describes several signal regulated circuits for different types and outputs temperature sensors, such as ADS90, PT1000, and K-type thermocouple. Power supply circuit, signal transmission conversion circuit and amplifier circuit are designed,which achieves the outputs from 1to 5 volt standard signal. In the laboratory using high-precision voltage and current source and resistor box thermoconple, ADS90, and the PT1000 simulation results show that the method is feasible, the relative accuracy of the conditioning circuit can reach 0.1.
