摘要
以墨西哥红豆杉 (Taxus globosa)和短叶红豆杉 (Taxus brerifolia)愈伤组织为材料 ,在愈伤组织生长的不同时期取样分析生物产量、多酚质量分数、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)酶活性 .发现墨西哥红豆杉愈伤组织比短叶红豆杉愈伤组织生长快的原因是 :多酚质量分数低 ,POD活性高和 PPO活性低 .研究表明 ,通过提高细胞 POD活性和降低 PPO活性有助于提高红豆杉愈伤组织的生物产量 .
Shoot calli of Taxus globosa and Taxus brevifolia are used as materials. Callus fresh weight, polyphenol content, activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) are determined during the period of 7 week cultures. The results show that in comparison with T. Brevifolia, the callus of T. globosa grows more quickly because of its lower level of polyphenol, higher activity of POD and lower activity of PPO. The increase of cell biomass and taxol production by the regulation of the activity of POD or PPO is discussed.
