摘要
抗日战争时期,中国共产党对南洋华侨的宣传动员是凝聚侨界力量、支援国内抗战的重要举措。中共党史、中国台湾“国史馆”密电、日藏外务省档案、南洋华侨报刊、美国馆藏档案等多元史料为该议题研究提供重要支撑。其中,日本、美国以及中国台湾地区史料则借由“反观—互证”方法的考察,得以呈现日本南洋侨务政策的欺骗性宣传与渗透布局,亦可反证中国共产党面向南洋华侨宣传动员的显著成效。研究表明,中共构建抗日民族统一战线话语体系、多元化传播体系,激发南洋华侨骨子里爱祖国爱家乡的深厚感情,争取爱国侨领与基层民众的双重支持,成功凝聚了南洋华侨基于民族大义的爱国热情。南洋华侨积极响应中共,其爱国实践与中共倡导的抗日救亡事业同频共振,共同推动命运共同体的构建。这一实践是马克思主义国际统一战线理论中国化的典范,将国际统一战线工作和国内的抗日民族统一战线工作相结合,为当前铸牢中华民族共同体意识、创新国际传播策略提供了启示。
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s publicity and mobilization efforts targeting overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia constituted a crucial measure to unite the overseas Chinese community and support the domestic resistance.Diverse historical materials—including the history of the CPC,secret telegrams from Taiwan China's“National Museum of History”,archives of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Southeast Asian Chinese newspapers,and U.S.archival records—provide essential support for the study of this issue.Through a“counterviewing and crosschecking”approach,materials from Japan,the United States,and Taiwan China reveal the deceptive propaganda and infiltrative strategies of Japan's overseas Chinese affairs policy in Southeast Asia,while also corroborating the remarkable effectiveness of the CPC's publicity and mobilization among Southeast Asian Chinese.Research indicates that the CPC's construction of a discourse system for the AntiJapanese National United Front,along with its diversified dissemination system,tapped into the deepseated patriotic sentiments of overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia.By securing support from both patriotic community leaders and grassroots populations,it successfully galvanized the patriotic fervor of Southeast Asian Chinese on the basis of national righteousness.The overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia actively responded to the CPC,and their patriotic practices resonated with the Party's advocacy of anti-Japanese salvation,jointly advancing the construction of a community with a shared future.This practice represents a model of the Sinicization of Marxist international united front theory,integrating international united front work with domestic antiJapanese national united front efforts,and offers insights for strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation and innovating international communication strategies.
