摘要
周边命运共同体是中国与周边国家长期区域合作和亚洲价值观的集中体现,中国-东盟命运共同体作为其中具有代表性的探索案例,已成为区域关系中富有活力、富有成效和富有内涵的合作典范。中国与东盟命运共同体的发展,并非任何国家政府臆造的国际政治话语,而是基于历史的关联性、文化的共通性与战略的互补性的区域整体,是面向“域外他者”的共同历史记忆和身份认同、交融的文化圈,以及共同的现实经济、安全利益等塑造的自然结果。中国和东盟国家通过长期共同发展和屡次应对全球动荡的经历,证明了亚洲国家多样的历史文化与传统,以及基于本国国情的发展道路,完全可以成为区域稳定和持续发展的动力。
The community with a shared future in China's neighborhood is a concentrated embodiment of long-term regional cooperation between China and its neighbors and Asian values.As a representative exploration case,the China-ASEAN community with a shared future has become a dynamic,effective and substantive cooperation model in regional relations.The development of the China-ASEAN community with a shared future is not an international political discourse fabricated by any government,but a regional whole based on historical relevance,cultural commonality and strategic complementarity.For the"external others",it is a natural outcome jointly shaped by the common historical memory and identity,the integrated cultural circle and the common realistic economic and security interests.Through long-term common development and repeated responses to global turmoil,China and ASEAN countries have proved that the diverse history,culture and traditions of Asian countries,as well as the development paths based on their own national conditions,can fully become the driving force for regional stability and sustainable development.
