摘要
通过回顾2021~2023年浙江大学医学院附属第二医院博士生国际交流情况,总结了当前交流的主要形式、交流率、合作区域以及交流效果,在医院博士生交流现状分析的基础上提出了目前存在的问题,并提出相应的改进建议。研究表明,虽然国际交流在医学研究生教育中发挥着重要作用,但仍面临着诸多挑战。
By reviewing the international exchange activities of doctoral students at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from 2021 to 2023,this study summarizes the main forms,participation rate,collaboration regions,and outcomes of these exchanges.Based on an analysis of the current situation,existing problems are identified,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.The findings indicate that although international exchange plays an important role in medical postgraduate education,it still faces multiple challenges.
