摘要
在研究生扩招的背景下,举办有章可循的高校读书会,有利于保证和提高学术型研究生的培养质量。高校读书会有助于研究生对经典著作的理解和吸收,激发研究生的学术热情,增强学习的仪式感,帮助新生融入学习团队和建设学术共同体。读书会营造了见贤思齐的良好学风,鼓励以文会友,有利于培养研究生“少而勤”的良好写作习惯,培养高效演说的能力,提升阅读品质,增加学生的成就感,推动学习成果向学术成果的转化,锻炼研究生的应变能力和综合能力。读书会提倡参与式、协作式的学习方法,使学生相互促进,师生教学相长,有利于缓解研究过程中的孤独感,从而形成了研究生培养的“从游”模式。“从游”模式可以有效补充“熏陶”和“考核”两种研究生培养模式的不足,对研究生创造能力的培养有着明显的正向功能。
In the context of the expansion of postgraduate recruitment,the regular of reading clubs are organized to form a teaching model of“Cong You”that can be conducive to ensure and improve the quality of postgraduate training.The reading clubs can enhance the sense of ritual in learning,to stimulate academic enthusiasm of graduate students,and help new students integrating into study teams and academic communities.The reading club creates a good learning style,encourages the use of literature to meet friends,is conducive to the cultivation of good writing habits of graduate students,cultivates the ability of efficient speech,improves the quality of reading,increases students’sense of achievement,promotes the transformation of learning results to academic results,and exercises graduate students’adaptability and comprehensive ability.The study club advocates a participatory and collaborative learning method,which enables students to promote the teachers and students each other to learn from each other,which is conducive to alleviate the loneliness in the research process,thus forming a CongYou model for graduate students,which can effectively supplement the deficiencies of the two graduate training models of edifying and assessing and has an obvious positive function on the cultivation of creative abilities of graduate students.
