摘要
为探究沙颍河流域周口段浮游生物群落结构及水质状况,该研究于2023年8月(丰水期)、10月(平水期)和2024年2月(枯水期)对沙颍河流域设置52个采样点,对水体理化指标和浮游生物取样分析。结果表明:浮游植物有8门119种,其中平水期87种,枯水期76种、丰水期73种,均以硅藻门和绿藻门为主;浮游动物共有147种,其中丰水期108种,平水期100种,枯水期77种,以轮虫为优势种群;浮游植物和浮游动物平均密度和生物量在不同水文期之间均差异显著。根据多样性指数和营养状况评价标准,水质状况为寡污型-β中污型,营养程度为贫营养-中营养。RDA显示,水温和溶解氧是影响浮游植物群落结构的重要环境因子,溶解氧、总氮和水温是影响浮游动物群落结构变化的主要环境因子,沙颍河流域周口段水质仍需进一步治理和改善。
To investigate the community structure and water quality of planktonic organisms in the Zhoukou section of Shay⁃ing River Basin,52 samp ling points were set up in August 2023(high-flow period),October 2023(normal-flow period),and February 2024(low-flow period)to analyze the physical and chemical indicators of water and planktonic organ⁃isms.The results showed that there are 119 species in 8 phyla of phytoplankton,including 87 species in the normal-flow period,76 species in the low-flow period,and 73 species in the high-flow period,all of which are mainly composed of di⁃atoms and green algae.There are a total of 147 species of planktonic animals,including 108 species during the high-flow period,100 species during the normal-flow period,and 77 species during the low-flow period,with rotifers as the dom⁃inant population.The average density and biomass of phytoplankton and zooplankton show significant differences be⁃tween different hydrological periods.According to the diversity index and nutritional status evaluation criteria,the water quality is classified as oligo pollutedβ-moderately polluted,and the nutritional level is classified as poor nutrient moder⁃ate nutrient.Redundancy analysis shows that WT and DO are important environmental factors affecting the structure of phytoplankton communities,while DO,TN,and WT are the main environmental factors affecting changes in the structure of plankton communities.The water quality of the surrounding mouth section of the Basin still needs further treatment and improvement.
