易贡藏布江春季浮游生物群落结构特征初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解易贡藏布江浮游生物群落结构特征,2017年春季(4-5月)对易贡藏布江13个采样点的浮游生物种类组成、密度及环境因子进行调查与分析,同时利用Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数和Pearson相关性检验方法,探讨浮游生物群落结构特征及其与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明,易贡藏布江段调查到(或采集到)浮游植物4门、73种(属)。各采样点密度为930~6840个/L,生物量为2.124~13.210μg/L,易贡湖采样点的密度及生物量最高,夏曲点密度及生物量最低;浮游动物计4门、20种(属),各采样点密度为12.0~109.3个/L,生物量为1.08~12.56 mg/L,易贡湖点密度及生物量最高,夏曲点密度最低,八盖曲点生物量最低。易贡藏布江干流浮游动物的密度随着浮游植物密度的变化而变化,浮游生物密度随着海拔的上升而降低,密度与水温具有正相关性,而浮游生物(除蓝藻门和轮虫外)密度与pH具有负相关性。 Plankton play an important role in the aquatic food web and are often used as ecological and envi-ronmental indicators because of their sensitivity to changes in the water environment.In this study,we ex-plored the characteristics of plankton community structure in Yigongzangbu River and analyzed its rela-tionship with environmental factors.The objectives of the study were to accumulate baseline data on Yigongzangbu River and provide a reference for fishery resource conservation and water environment eval-uation.The investigation of plankton was carried out at 13sampling transects in April and May of 2017,focusing on plankton species composition,density and biomass as well as diversity indices.Water tempera-ture and pH were monitored simultaneously.A total of 73phytoplankton species from 4phyla were ob-served during the investigation,with absolute dominance of Bacillariophyta(59species,80.82%),fol-lowed by Chlorophyta(8species,10.96%),Cyanophyta(5species,6.85%)and Cryptophyta(1species,1.37%).The range of phytoplankton density among the sampling stations was 930-6840ind/L and the range in biomass was 2.124-13.210μg/L,with the highest value both in Yigong Lake and the lowest value in Xiaoqu.A total of 20zooplankton species from 4families were observed,consisting of 8protozoan spe-cies(40%),7rotifer species(35%),3cladoceran species(15%)and 2copepod species(10%).The range of zooplankton density was 12.0-109.3ind/L and the range in biomass was 1.08-12.56 mg/L,with the highest density and biomass both in Yigong Lake,the lowest density in Xiaoqu and the lowest biomass in Bagai.Correlation analysis shows that zooplankton density in the stem of Yigongzangbu River varied with phytoplankton density,and plankton density decreased with increasing altitude.The density of plankton was positively correlated with water temperature and negatively correlated with pH except for cyanophyta and rotifers.
