摘要
下肢缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)由血流中断后恢复引起,伴随显著的组织损伤、细胞损伤、炎症反应、氧化应激及不同类型的细胞死亡,严重影响局部组织功能及全身器官的健康。金钗石斛富含生物碱、黄酮及多糖等植物化学成分,具有强大的抗氧化和抗炎特性,能够有效缓解IRI引发的氧化应激和炎症反应,通过调节多种信号通路改善血流动力学,促进血流恢复和组织再生,同时减少氧化损伤相关的细胞死亡,为IRI治疗的候选药物展现出显著潜力,为未来研究其作用机制及优化联合治疗策略提供了方向。
Lower extremity ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)occurs when blood flow is restored after an interruption,leading to significant tissue damage,cellular injury,inflammatory responses,oxidative stress,and various forms of cell death,all of which severely impact local tissue function and overall organ health.Dendrobium nobile is rich in phytochemicals such as alkaloids,flavonoids,and polysaccharides,which exhibit potent antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties,effectively alleviating the oxidative stress and inflammation caused by IRI.By regulating multiple signaling pathways,it improves hemodynamics,promotes blood flow restoration and tissue regeneration,and reduces cell death associated with oxidative damage.As a promising candidate for IRI treatment,Dendrobium nobile offers valuable insights for future studies on its mechanisms of action and the optimization of combination treatment strategies.
