伪三元相图结合响应面法优化艾叶挥发油微乳处方

Optimization of the Microemulsion Prescription of Artemisia Argyi Oil by Pseudo Ternary Phase Diagram Combined with Response Surface Methodology

摘要 通过伪三元相图筛选艾叶挥发油微乳处方,以微乳原液油相含量、乳化剂与助乳化剂比值(K_(m))为考察因素,以微乳平均粒径和多分散系数(PDI)为评价指标,采用响应面法优化制备处方。最优处方条件为微乳原液油相含量22.07%,K_(m)值为2.63,乳化剂吐温80占比为56.45%,助乳化剂无水乙醇占比为21.47%,在此条件下制备的艾叶挥发油微乳平均粒径为11.20 nm,PDI为0.148,与预测值相比,偏差分别1.2%和3.3%,表明所制微乳粒径小,分散均匀且稳定性良好。 The microemulsion formulation of Artemisia argyi oil was screened using a pseudo-ternary phase diagram,with the oil phase content of the original microemulsion and the ratio of emulsifier to co-emulsifier as evaluation factors,and the average particle size and polydispersity index(PDI)of the microemulsion as assessment indicators.The response surface method was used to optimize the preparation formula.The optimal conditions were an oil phase content of 22.07%in the original microemulsion,a K_(m) value of 2.63,a Tween 80 proportion of 56.45%,and an anhydrous ethanol proportion of 21.47%.Under these conditions,the average particle size of the Artemisia argyi oil microemulsion was 11.20 nm,and the PDI was 0.148.Compared to the predicted values,the deviations were 1.2%and 3.3%,respectively.The microemulsion has a small particle size and good dispersion stability.
