摘要
超高压水除锈是当前广泛使用的船舶外板除锈技术,具有低碳环保的优点。但是由于水质问题,实际运行中超高压水除锈设备普遍存在磨损、腐蚀及结垢的情况,影响生产效率和生产成本。以浙江舟山某船舶修造企业为例,通过对超高压水除锈系统生产水质的检测与分析,发现浊度和颗粒物含量超标是该系统突出的水质问题。基于此,提出微絮凝-超滤联用水质保障技术,小试结果表明,该工艺对浊度、颗粒物的去除率分别可达到98.0%、99.5%,能够显著提升水质,并可降低生产成本,满足超高压水除锈提质增效的要求。
Ultra-high pressure(UHP)water rust removal is a widely used technology for cleaning ship hulls,offering advantages such as low-carbon and environmentally friendly.However,due to water quality issues,UHP water rust removal equipment often suffers from wear,corrosion,and scaling during actual operation,affecting production efficiency and costs.Taking a shipbuilding and repair enterprise in Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province as an example,testing and analysis of the production water quality in the UHP water rust removal system revealed that excessive turbidity and particulate content were prominent water quality issues in this system.Based on this,a water quality assurance technology combining micro-flocculation and ultrafiltration was proposed.Experiments demonstrated that this process could achieve removal rates of 98.0%for turbidity and 99.5%for particulates,significantly improving water quality,reducing production costs,and meeting the requirements for enhancing efficiency and quality in UHP water rust removal.
