摘要
以纳米氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))和碳纳米管(CNT)为添加剂,设计并制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNT防垢涂层。探究了纳米Al_(2)O_(3)用量对涂层疏水性能和防垢性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Al_(2)O_(3)用量为10%时,PVDF/FEP/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNT防垢涂层的水接触角达到了119.3°,表面自由能为9.0 mJ/m^(2)。静态结垢336 h后,PVDF/FEP/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNT防垢涂层的碳酸钙平均结垢量仅为环氧涂层的62%,且晶型以文石和球霰石为主。该涂层具有优良的防垢性能,在防垢领域具有较好的应用前景。
The poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)/fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP)/alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))/carbon nanotubes(CNTs)anti-scaling coating was designed and fabricated by adding the Al_(2)O_(3)and CNTs.The effects of nano Al_(2)O_(3)contents on the hydrophobicity and anti-scaling performance of the coatings were studied.The results indicate when the amount of nano Al_(2)O_(3)is 10%,the surface free energy of PVDF/FEP/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNTs coating is 9.0 mJ/m^(2),and the water contact angle(WCA)could reach 119.3°.After scaling in supersaturated calcium carbonate solution for 336 h, comparing with the epoxy coating, the scaling amount of CaCO;on the surface of PVDF/FEP/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNTs coating is 62%of the former, and the crystal forms are mainly aragonite and aragonite.The PVDF/FEP/Al_(2)O_(3)/CNTs anti-scaling coating has excellent antiscaling performance, and has a good application prospect in the field of scale prevention.
