摘要
【目的】解决钢辊式圆捆机收获段碎麦秆过程中易产生的喂入口堵塞问题。【方法】基于离散元仿真软件EDEM 2020构建麦秆-卷捆室间作用模型,通过分析草芯形成过程中麦秆爬升运移规律,确定影响钢辊式圆捆机形成旋转草芯的关键因素。利用Design-Expert软件设计三因素三水平Box-Behnken响应面试验,阐明喂入速度、钢辊转速、麦秆-钢辊间摩擦因数对旋转草芯形成时-回抛高度和回抛时间的影响,确定1组最优参数组合。【结果】自主搭建卷捆性能测试试验台,借助高速摄像仪分析旋转草芯形成过程中麦秆的运动轨迹,验证数值模拟方法的可靠性;并采用最优参数组合:喂入速度1.5 kg·s^(-1)、钢辊转速260 r·min^(-1)、麦秆-钢辊间摩擦因数0.684进行卷捆试验,结果表明,回抛高度和回抛时间分别为423 mm和0.23 s,该结果与仿真分析结果基本一致,相对误差分别为2.43%和4.35%。【结论】优化后的钢辊式圆捆机可以有效加快旋转草芯形成,有利于减少秸秆堵塞情况。
【Objective】This research was conducted aiming at the problem that the rotating straw core is not formed in time during the harvest of short crushed straw in the field after wheat harvesting.【Method】Based on discrete element simulation software EDEM 2020,the interaction model between straw and bale was constructed.The key factors affecting the formation of rotating straw core in the steel-roll round baler were determined by analyzing the law of straw and migration during the formation of the bale core.Box-Behnken response surface test method was used to illustrate the effects of feeding speed,steel-roll speed and friction factor between straw and steel-roll on the height and time of back casting during the formation of rotating bale core.The optimal parameter combination was determined.【Result】An independent test bench for baling performance was built,and a high-speed camera was used to analyze the movement trajectory of the wheat straw during the formation of the rotating core,which verified the reliability of the numerical simulation method.The optimal parameter combination was adopted for baling tests:feeding speed of 1.5 kg·s^(-1),steel roller speed of 260 r·min^(-1),and friction coefficient between the wheat straw and the steel roller of 0.684.The results show that the rebound height and time were 423 mm and 0.23 s,respectively.The results are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the relative errors is 2.43% and 4.35%,respectively.【Conclusion】The optimizedf steel-roll round baler can effectively accelerate the formation of rotating straw core and reduce straw clogging.
