摘要
为了解决保护性耕作秸秆覆盖条件下免、少耕播种易发生秸秆堵塞的问题,设计了集秸秆切割、深松、碎土镇压于一体的联合整地机具。介绍该机具的整体结构,关键零部件圆盘刀具的选型过程、离散元仿真试验设计,采用三因素三水平正交试验,得到机组前进速度1.0 m/s、刀轴转速300 r/min、切入土深度100 mm的最优作业参数。试验结果表明,该机具通过性良好,有效解决了秸秆堵塞、拖堆等关键问题,实现了一次进地完成多项复式作业,显著简化了生产工艺,降低了作业成本与能耗,为推动辽宁省黑土地保护性耕作技术规模化实施提供了技术支持。
In order to solve the problem of straw blockageeasily occurred under the condition of no-tillage or less-tillage sowing under the condition of straw covering in conservation tillage,a combined land preparation machine integrating straw cutting,deep loosening,crushed soil compaction was designed.This paper introduces the overall structure of the equipment,the selection process of the key component,the disc cutter,and the design of the discrete element simulation test.By using the three-factor three-level orthogonal test,it obtained the optimal operating parameters of the forward speed of the unit at 1.0 m/s,the rotational speed of the cutter shaft at 300 r/min,and the depth of penetration into the soil at 100 mm.The test results show that this machine has good passability,effectively solving key problems such as straw blockage and dragging,achieving multiple compound operations in one entry into the field,significantly simplifying the production process,reducing operation costs and energy consumption,and providing technical support for promoting the large-scale implementation of black soil conservation tillage technology in Liaoning Province.
