翼型狭缝对直线翼垂直轴风力机气动性能影响数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF EFFECT OF AIRFOIL SLOT ON AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF STRAIGHT BLADE VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE

摘要 为提高垂直轴风力机的启动性能和中低尖速比下的风能利用效率,提出一种狭缝控制流体方式,通过数值模拟方法以NACA0018翼型为例,对18种狭缝翼型进行研究,结果表明狭缝对翼型在1~3尖速比范围内的气动性能起到明显提升作用,在2.5尖速比下0.10c_0.40c(c为弦长)翼型有着最佳提升效果,较原始翼型叶片力矩系数提升60.4%,该研究探明了狭缝各参数对翼型气动性能的影响,为进一步研究狭缝控制手段提供参考。 To improve the starting performance of vertical-axis(VAWTS)wind turbines and the efficiency of wind energy utilization at low and medium tip speed ratios(λ),a slot control method based on the NACA0018 airfoil is proposed,and 18 types of slot airfoils are studied in detail by numerical simulation methods,and the results show that the slot plays a significant role in enhancing the aerodynamic performance of the airfoils within theλrange of 1 to 3.Atλof 2.5,the 0.10c_0.40c airfoil has the best enhancement effect,which is 60.4%higher than the original airfoil blade Cm.This study investigates the effects of slot parameters on the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil,and provides a reference for further research on the method of slot control.
